General Summary
The compliance officer is under the direct supervision of the Executive Director and will coordinate the compliance activities of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma in support of internal policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develops, initiates, maintains and revises policies and procedures for the general operations of the Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma and it’s activities to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct. Also, to ensure that all organization activities are carried out in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations. To include other duties assigned by the Executive Director or the Kiowa Business Committee. Manages day-to-day operations of this office.
