The Transit Departments Fastrans is incorporating a New System called Routematch. We are in the beginning stages of the system and will be fully trained within the next month and would appreciate all customers to call this number, 1-855-820-6164 or 580-654-2053 and the Dispatcher will set up a time and pickup for the customer either a day ahead of time or the day of. We also have two handicapped accessible vans available to better serve the public. This new system is more efiicient, fast and is a safety benefit for both our drivers and customers. The Transportation Department would like the public to not call the construction number so as to better serve the customers needs. Here’s the number again, 1855-820-6164 or 580-654-2053, by calling these two numbers the FASTRANS can provide faster service and ensure the right info is sent to the drivers. The tranportation Department will announce soon when we go live.
