Every effort must be made to obtain the Kiowa license plate from the vehicle when the vehicle is no longer in your possession. This is especially important when the license plate is still in good condition and can be used on future vehicles that can be registered under the Kiowa Tribe. Failure to do so may lead to a $25.00 fee to cover the license plate that was in your possession and responsibility. This is a case-by-case situation only determined and approved by the Tax Commission Director.
