Kiowa Gourd Clan: Looking forward to our 3nd benefit, Saturday, May 6, '23. The 3nd benefit will be held @ the Kiowa Community Center, Kiowa Tribal Complex, Carnegie, OK. The Gourd Dance program will begin @ 2 pm, supper @ 5:30 pm, Kiowa War Mother round dance after supper, a session of "Rabbit Dance" presented by "G-pa Rabbit" after the round dance, then the Gourd Dance will resume. HS: Silas Satepauhoodle, MC: Cy Ahtone, Joe Fish. Special invitation is extended to the Kiowa Princess: Miss Kyla Tsoodle. KGC members are asked to bring side dishes, desserts & raffle items. All proceeds from the benefit will be directed toward the July 2,3&4 '23 KGC Ceremonial. KGC not responsible for accidents. No alcohol, drugs, firearms, vendors.
