For ethical and professional standards, the Kiowa AOA Program does observe and practice state law policies and procedures for all hair salons. All Kiowa AOA Hair Services are FREE to AOA Qualified Participants and their caregivers. All hair services include cuts for both men & women, perms, colors, and trims.
